logistics services (at the request of residents), including: storage of goods and cargo of residents;
loading and unloading operations (road transport);
control, accounting and intra-warehouse movements of goods,
platform for loading and unloading goods;
parking spaces for light vehicles for employees of resident companies, parking spaces for trucks;
